My my My my
CORE Basketball Training
by posted 02/19/2018

I am excited about several new additions to incorporate into our training techniques with Core Basketball!  Glen’s Sports Barn has purchased 2 Dr. Dish Shooting Machines which we will be using quite a bit.  They will increase the number of reps players will get in an hour as well as simulate more game-like shooting conditions!  Also, we will be utilizing some new training equipment from “I’m Possible” Training (Micah Lancaster) including the use of the “Rip Cones”, Weighted Medicine Balls, & Weighted Tennis Balls.  We feel we will be able to train better than ever!!

Please see the CORE Basketball Training flyer, which includes all the details about my training, as well as a registration & waiver form that would need to be filled out and brought to the first training.  See the Sign Up Genius link where you can choose the available training dates and times that work best for you. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask!
